Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled case by case within 30 days of delivery.

• Damaged or incorrect items: replaced or refunded in full, photo appreciated.
• Unopened products: eligible for refund or store credit once returned.
• Opened consumables: not restockable, but contact us and we will find a fair resolution.
• Refunds post to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
